The booths are really nice, clean, and the service was top tier. My husband and I dined there tonight for his birthday after watching the new Spiderman movie. JD was our server and from the the moment he approached us until the time we left he was absolutely great. He explained everything to us and answered questions, and gave us a quick tour of the buffet and menu selection, since it was our first time there. He was so nice, bubbly, and super outgoing engaging in conversation and so attentive to us the entire time. The buffet area was really clean and organized, everything tasted delicious. We will definitely be back and we will definitely be asking for JD again!

Ambiance is exceptional. It's all very well organized and looked very professional, lit up nice and bright. Spacious tables with lots of space for plates and a nice sized grill in the middle. The layout of all the food at the buffet was beautiful. Meats, veggies, sauces, apps, it was perfect. Everything tasted fantastic. I love the ability to self portion control of the meats. The ones that were marinated had a very good flavor to them. Veggies are all chopped very well and are easy and quick to cook. The wide variety of sauces are all very tasty and have a good viscosity to them, they adhere well to the meats. The service was the truly awful part of this experience. The decisions made by the host and the manager ruined this meal for me and my coworkers. We showed up before dinner service with a party of six. We had an allergy in the group that necessitated the use of two separate grills. There was a single table that would have worked for us, but we were forbidden to use it by both the host and the manager, who was extremely unprofessional and had a chip on his shoulder about something in his life. I went to this location once before and it was absolutely amazing. But last night I took three people with me to have the same experience and it was the complete opposite. The sad part is, it was the first point of entry person. She was a short Hispanic looking lady. She asked how many, we said 4. She told us the buffet was closed (it was about 10:10pm) She walked so fast to our table and dropped ONE menu for all FOUR of us and said your server will be with you. I had to go and get 3 more menus up at the front myself. She then walked 7 other people with a smile and gave then menus. She was just RUDE to us. Our server was very kind, she gave us clear instructions. The buffet was infact not closed. The food for my friends was enjoyable. I am a picky eater so I only had fries which were not the best, white rice, a soda and a milk tea. I still had to pay the full price of a buffet ($38.99) which was weird considering that one greeeter at the front said it was closed. I really wanted to like this place as the first experience was so pleasant. I won't be going back again. But at least the server we had was nice.

Roger was awesome. Our first time there. He showed us how everything works. It was a pleasure to have him. The food was great. Had a great time there. Would recommend. It was our wedding anniversary dinner.

My favorite place to go out to eat. If it’s your first time your server will kindly show you the ropes and explain how it works. I love the do it yourself experience and having lots of options to choose from. My only complaint would be the crazy priced drinks… If you’re just going for a meal definitely worth it.
